Mock Results Evening for Year 11

Mock Results Evening for Year 11

On a summer’s evening, we celebrated student’s creative work through displays of Art, Food, Design, Photography and Music.

Students, parents and staff enjoyed looking at a selection of paintings, sculptures, garments, products and cupcakes, whilst enjoying the performances and refreshments.

The announcement of the Photography Competition winners took place at 6.00 which was judged by the photographer Ellie Merridale. It was lovely to have Ellie judge the entries, as she had once won the competition when she was a student at Walton High. The winners were Portraits (Under 13) – Jaclyn Moorhouse, Portraits (Under 16) – Roslyn Moorhouse, Portraits (Over 16) – Lorraine Tadman, Closely Observed (Under 13) – Eve Newall, Closely Observed (Under 16) – Ashley Long and Closely Observed (Over 16) – Paul Bloj.

All the entries and finalists for the photography and portrait competitions will be on display along the gallery by the main reception.

I would like to thank all of the ADT and Performing Arts staff who worked hard to put this evening together and the talented students who contributed to the exhibitions and performances.
