Teaching and Learning Responsibility payments

MKET’s Leading Practitioner pay scales have replaced the use of TLR1 and TLR2 payments with the starting point taking account of a teacher’s previous experience and salary. Teachers progress up the scale on the basis of performance.
TLR payments of between £500 to £2500 are available for clearly defined time-limited school improvement projects, or one-off externally driven responsibilities.
