Walton High
celebrates their Post 16 students’ success
Post 16 students at Walton High are once again celebrating their achievements with the publication of A levels and vocational results.
As a school we are thrilled that our students excel in a diverse range of Post 16 qualifications that will take them on to a wide range of exciting career opportunities.
We have many reasons to celebrate the class of 2026 and over the last year; many of our graduating year 13 students have been with us since year 7 and are thriving examples that, at its core, Walton High is a place to Belong, Learn and Achieve.
We are delighted that our students’ results include 14 A* grades, 30 As and 38 grades of Distinction or better.
Some students are now heading off to study a wide range of subjects at university including Natural Science at Cambridge, Medicine at St Andrews, Artificial Intelligence at Kings College London, Dental Surgery at Liverpool, Diagnostic Radiotherapy at Hertfords
hire and aerospace Engineering at Bristol.
We are keenly aware, as with any intensely competitive environment, some students may be disappointed with their grades and require support from our Post 16 team. We are here to offer any information, advice or guidance that will help students moving forward with their next steps.
Please contact p16resultssupp@wh5d.com if you need assistance.
We are confident that all our students have very bright and exciting futures ahead;
we are very proud of their growth, talents and potential. We know they will have a significant impact in their respective fields as well as contributing positively to the wider community.
As always, we would like to extend a huge thank-you to the teachers and support staff who have had such a positive impact on the personal growth, resilience and education of our young people.
We wish all our students happiness and success on their chosen pathways and know that they have very bright futures ahead.
